Our unique and traditional tyrolean styled mountain lodge lies around 1000 meters above sea level in the Hochfügen ski area above the village of Aschau. The secluded mountain setting ensures your peace and privacy yet is not far from village of Aschau/Stumm (10 min) and the main ski station Kaltenbach/Hochzillertal-Hochfuegen, one of the finest skiing and snowboarding areas anywhere in Europe.
The chalet is ideal for a family or group holiday, sleeping up to 5 people in full comfort (ca. 130 m² of living area). On the ground floor one can find one charming and rustic double bedrooms and one three bedroom with bund and single bed. Also located on this floor is large bathroom with shower and separated toilet. On the first and main floor is the open kitchen, a dining place and a wood-burning fireplace amidst a inviting seating ensemble (also TV). The second floor offers a comfortable seating area with TV. The Chalet Hausberger also has a charming small private pond offering refresh after a sauna visit or in the summer after exploring the surrounding hiking possibilities. In the 2020 we built sauna with panaromic mountain view.
The traditional Tyrolean styled chalet offers unique view of Zillertal Valley’s mountains. Being easily accessible with after-ski hangouts within easy reach it offers the ideal accommodation base for an active outdoor adventure holiday as well as a quiet and cosy relaxation retreat.
